Day 1: HCMC - Cai Be - Homestay in An Binh (L,D)
At 08.00 set off for a drive through the Mekong Delta to the town of Cai Be, well-known for its floating market. Here we will board our private boat for a cruise along the maze of waterways and canals to Vinh Long. We will stop at the home of a Bonsai gardener for a sumptuous lunch, including the popular dish of 'Elephant ear fish', before continuing our exploration of the tributaries and canals of the delta. Towards the end of the day we arrive at the home of a local An Binh. These people will be our hosts for this evening and will tell us more about life in the Delta.
 
Day 2: Cai Be floating market - Rach Gia - Express Boat to Phu Quoc ( B,L )
In the morning, take a three-hour boat trip to visit the Cai Be floating market. Wander through the villages, visit the rice paper mill and discover how rice noodles are made. Depart for Rach Gia. Board the Duong Dong express boat for Phu Quoc ( 1.30 - 3.30pm). End of our services.
